FAQs

Are your treatments available to everyone? 

Our treatments are only provided to clients who are over the age of 18. We have the right to request proof of ID. Additionally, we will not under any circumstances provide any treatments to clients who are: 

 

  • Allergic to/affected by anaphylaxis medicines or materials 

  • Asthmatic 

  • Diabetic

  • Due to fly shortly

  • Easily bruised

  • Epileptic 

  • Haemophiliac

  • On skin medication e.g. Roaccutane, Antasure, steroids or others that cause sensitive or thin skin

  • Pregnant, breastfeeding or lactating 

  • Taking prescribed medication 

 

Or with the following:

 

  • Any skin condition recently treated by a GP or a dermatologist 

  • Bell's Palsy

  • Cancer

  • Cardiovascular conditions (thrombosis, phlebitis, hypertension, hypotension, heart conditions)

  • Cold sores, cold, flu or sickness on, or up to 3 days before the treatment

  • Eczema, psoriasis, rashes or blisters on the treatment area 

  • Healing disorders

  • High blood pressure

  • Medical oedema or osteoporosis 

  • Nervous/psychotic conditions 

  • Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation 

  • Previous reactions to botulinum toxin, dermal fillers and/or eyelash glue

  • Recent cosmetic or other surgery 

  • Spastic conditions

  • Transmittable blood infections e.g. HIV, AIDS, hepatitis 

  • Trapped /pinched nerves

  • Undiagnosed pain

Where are you based?

We are a mobile service covering Central London, Kingston-Upon-Thames and Essex, allowing our clients easier and faster access.

How can I book an appointment?

Please contact us via text message or email. We will aim to respond to you within 24 hours to book your appointment. We require a non-refundable deposit of £20.00 for all bookings.

How can I check for cancellations?

You can check for any cancellations on our social media accounts or by sending us a text message. 

Which products do you use?

  • For dermal fillers we mainly use Juvederm, however other products may be recommended by the aesthetician based on your features and the treatments being performed.

  • For botulinum toxin we use Azzalure and Botox.

The correct product will be chosen by our aesthetician based on your needs, looks, lifestyle and features.

Do I need a consultation?

All treatments require a consultation. This allows us to find out what treatment(s) you want/need, and whether there are any restrictions. It also gives you the opportunity to raise any questions that you may have relating to the treatment and gain a clear understanding of the treatment procedure and potential side effects.  

How can I cancel my appointment?

You can cancel your appointment by sending us a text message or an email. However, please note that all deposit payments are strictly non-refundable.

Can I re-schedule my appointment?

We need at least 7 days' notice to re-schedule your appointment. If you do not provide us with at least 7 days' notice then your deposit will be forfeited. 

What is the general treatment recovery time?

The recovery time differs depending on the treatment that you're having. In addition, each person's body reacts differently to the products depending on their skin, lifestyle and metabolism.

  • Dermal fillers - it can take up to 14 days for any swelling, redness, tenderness or bruising to go down. You should contact us if any of the above are still visible after 14 days.

  • Botulinum toxin - it can take up to 4 days for any bumps (in the treatment area) to go down. You should contact us if any bumps are still visible after 7 days.
